About Lucy

I am a fully qualified and seasoned integrative psychotherapist and facilitator with a deep commitment to helping others navigate their inner worlds. My journey into psychotherapy was inspired by my own therapeutic experiences and 27 years of working closely with artists, creatives, and performers. This desire to deepen my understanding of the human psyche, the spiritual nature of our existence, and the philosophy behind it all led me to seek formal training.

In 2015, I enrolled in a five-year training program at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in Little Venice, London, which laid the foundation for the practice I’ve built today.

My practice is influenced by the natural world, cyclical living, the creative process, humour, identity exploration, and contemplative practices.

I am open-minded, creative, and authentic, leading with a heart-centred approach. Confidentiality, authenticity, and integrity are the cornerstones of my work, and I consider it a profound privilege to hold a tender, safe container for my clients' experiences.

I’ve learned that it is often through facing our greatest suffering that we discover the joys of aliveness. In my own life, the challenges I’ve encountered have led to a profound understanding of resilience, purpose, and wholeness. It is this belief that guides my work with clients.

Since 2019, I’ve been in private practice, complemented by volunteer experiences since 2017 at The Caravan in Piccadilly, Help Counselling in Notting Hill, the CCPE Clinic, and Headstrong. These diverse environments have enriched my understanding of the varied challenges people face, allowing me to offer tailored support to each individual.

As a member of BACP, I adhere strictly to the codes of ethics set forth by this governing body. I’m dedicated to continuous professional development, always evolving my skills to ensure I offer my clients the most effective, up-to-date support. While I have extensive experience across a broad range of issues, I prioritise the unique needs of each person I work with, referring them to specialists when necessary. My approach is rooted in cultivating and strengthening the inner wisdom that exists within every client.

I offer psychotherapy sessions online and in-person in London and Somerset.
