Every individual is unique, and I believe in crafting therapeutic journeys that honour singularities. I recommend starting with an introductory call to help establish your needs. In our initial sessions, we collaborate to create a flexible plan that guides our work together. Evolving over time, the plan can adapt to your changing needs and experiences. Throughout this process, I will always respect your journey and work with you through informed consent.

Much of our work may involve exploratory conversations, deep listening, sharing, and witnessing. Sometimes, we might use creative techniques to explore the body and psyche through altered states of consciousness, such as guided visualisations, breathwork, dream exploration, meditation, movement, and voice work. We may also incorporate creative expressions like drawing, sand tray work, journaling, and art. Whether we are working one-on-one or in a group setting, my goal is to invite you to bring all of yourself to the process, knowing that you are safe and supported.

In our work together, I aim to help you develop a compassionate awareness of your difficulties. By facing these challenges, we can access the force within you that nourishes a rich and meaningful life. I believe that confronting our suffering often leads us to our deepest sense of belonging, joy, and resilience. I aim to support you on this journey, helping you uncover the strength and wisdom that already reside within you.

My approach is integrative, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor each session to your needs. I come to sessions without a fixed agenda; instead, I create a space where you can explore whatever arises. Holistically, I incorporate psychological, philosophical, and spiritual perspectives, and consider the mind, body, and soul aspects of each client. 

​​Specifically, I use psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and Jungian approaches, all while maintaining a transpersonal perspective in order to collaborate with you to craft a therapeutic journey that truly reflects your individual needs.
